Where We Ship
Sonny Angel USA ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimum purchase is required for free standard delivery.
Processing and Transit Times
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After shipment, standard transit is normally 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable carrier holidays. Weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or an incorrect address can cause delays outside our control.
Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. We send tracking information to the contact details supplied at checkout after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking may take a short time to display its first scan.
Address Changes, Loss, and Damage
Review the shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; we can change or cancel an order only before shipment. If tracking is stalled, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate resolution.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement as explained in our Refund Policy.
