About Credit/Debit Card
Sonny Angel USA accepts eligible credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Available methods are shown at checkout and may depend on the customer’s card issuer or device.
Currency and Charges
Checkout is processed in USD. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law. Your bank may apply its own exchange, international, or account fees; those charges are controlled by the bank and are not collected by us.
Secure Processing and Authorization
Payments are transmitted through Shopify and authorized payment providers using security controls designed to protect transaction data. We do not publish or display complete card numbers. Placing an order authorizes the provider and card issuer to validate the account, reserve or charge the purchase amount, and apply fraud-prevention checks.
Declined Payments and Chargebacks
A payment may be declined because of issuer rules, incorrect details, insufficient funds, security screening, or technical limits. Contact the card issuer if a valid payment is declined. Before filing a chargeback, contact us so we can review delivery, return, cancellation, or billing concerns. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested with relevant order records.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, the bank or card network generally posts it within 5–10 business days. For eligibility and free return arrangements, read our Refund Policy.
