Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
How much is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit normally takes another 4–6 business days after shipment.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number, which is sent after the carrier accepts the package.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in our Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay return shipping for no-reason returns and quality-related returns. We provide a prepaid label or equivalent free return arrangement.
When will a refund appear?
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and card networks generally post them within 5–10 business days after issuance.
